Ingredients

Maida/all purpose flour 1 cup
Rice flour 2 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Black seasame seeds ¼ tsp
Salt a pinch
Sugar to taste
Oil for frying

           

Method of Preperation

In a bowl mix maida, rice flour, turmeric powder, black sesame seeds, sugar, salt adding water to make a batter of thick consistency.

Cut the ripe plantains in thin slices.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

Dip the sliced plantains in the batter and deep fry them till golden brown in colour.
