Ridge gourd 1 (peel the skin of the ridge gourd with a little flesh)
Dry red chillies 4
Scraprf coconut 1 cup
Ginger a small piece
Shallots 3
Tamarind a small piece
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
In a pan pour 1tsp oil and fry the ridge gourd, scraped coconut, dry red chillies, ginger and shallots till the moisture gets evaporated.
Grind the fried items along with tamarind and salt.
