Steamed jaggery rice cake

Ingredients
Rice flour 2 cups
Bengal gram dal 100g (powered)
Jaggery 2 cups (melted)
Coconut milk 3 cups
Cardamom 3 (crushed)
Cashews (optional)
Ghee

Method of Preperation
Mix the rice flour, powdered Bengal gram dal, jiggery syrup, coconut milk and cardamom to make a loosened batter.
Keep the batter on low flame and stir with a ladle avoiding the formation of lumps.
When the thickens, remove from flame.
In a ghee greased plate, pour the batter and steam it. You also add cashews to it.
